- EXPLANATION:
- Defenders only press in sides
- Change roles every each 4 recoveries
- RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Follow recommendatios of exercise A.
- Yellow players preferably centerbacks, midfielders or strikers.
- Blue players preferably fullbacks and wingers.
- Coordinate defensive work.
- Defenders don´t press yellow player.
