FFA TRAINING PROGRAM
- DIMENSIONS: 8×8 STEPS
- DEFENDERS: 2
- ATACKERS: 8 – 10
- OBJETIVE: 20 PASSES
- TOUCHES: 2 MAXIMUM
- EXPLANATION: In an 8 by 8 steps space. Two defenders in the middle and the rest of the players around them. Attackers can touch the ball twice máximum and they have to count touches aloud.
- If a player touches the ball twice the next player only can touch the ball once.
- It is forbidden to pass “first line” three times in a row.
- It is forbidden to repeat the pass
