FFA TRAINING PROGRAM
- DIMENSIONS: 15x15x15 steps
- PLAYERS: Distributed in groups.
- TOUCHES: Two when possible
- EXPLANATION: A passes to B. B passes back to A and starts running. A passes again to B who passes to C who started running a few seconds before. C dribbles till the starting point.
- Say teamate´s name before passing.
- Do the exercise in both directions.
