  • TOUCHES: Two when possible
  • EXPLANATION: A passes to B. B passes back to A and starts running. A passes again to B who passes to C who started running a few seconds before. C dribbles till the starting point.
  • RECOMMENDATIONS:
  • Say teamate´s name before passing.
  • Do the exercise in both directions.
