- EXPLANATION: C passes to D who passes back to C and explode. C passes to A who passes to D and explode. D passes to B who passes to A and explode. A passes to C who passes to B and explode. B passes to D. They follow the movements as explained.
- Say teamate´s name before passing.
- Do the exercise in both directions.
