- DIMENSIONS: Like in the diagram
- PLAYERS: All players divided into two groups. Attackers and defenders.
- OBJETIVE: Improve defensive performance
- TOUCHES: Free. In 2×1 two compulsory.
- EXPLANATION: When the coach whistles defenders and attackers go into the field. We play around 5´ in each situation.
